Annex 7A: Regulations of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service

These Regulations define the rules for making payments by Buyers and withdrawals by Sellers who make Transactions under GO ELECTRIC .

ARTICLE 1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROVIDING THE SERVICE

1.1. Information on the entity providing the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service

The entity providing the payment service, hereinafter referred to in these regulations as " GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service", for Users is GO ELECTRIC Marcin Bogdanowicz, ul. Tartaczna 5, 26-600 Radom, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity under the NIP number: 7961895421 and REGON: 147335650, hereinafter referred to as " GO ELECTRIC ".

Description of the basic features of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service

1.2. The GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service is a payment service for the acceptance by GO ELECTRIC of funds provided by the Buyer (for the purposes set out in point 1.4 and using the payment channels available to the Buyer to pay for the Goods, which are recorded under the billing tool maintained by GO ELECTRIC for the Seller.The condition for the transfer of the payments referred to above is the existence of a pecuniary obligation resulting from the agreements concluded between the Sellers and the Buyer as part of the Transaction.

1.3. The contract for the provision of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service on the terms set out in these regulations is concluded when the Buyer's account is opened at Goelectric.pl.

1.4 The GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service is a payment from the Buyer to the Seller stored by GO ELECTRIC for a period of 28 days (4 weeks) from the delivery of the goods in the event of non-delivery or delivery of a defective product. Problems with the product or shipment are first reported by the Buyer to the Seller. If it is not resolved, GO ELECTRIC , after considering all the evidence, decides and returns the money to the Buyer or Seller, respectively. For this purpose, the buyer should report the problem to GO ELECTRIC within 28 days from the delivery of the goods. In the event of non-delivery or replacement of the product, the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service period is extended by a further 14 days from each new delivery. GO ELECTRIC reserves the right to any extension of the time to resolve the conflict and report the case to the relevant law enforcement authorities in the event of a crime.

1.5 The GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service is provided with the help of payment channels, hereinafter referred to as the Payment Operator, made available to buyers when executing the basket. The list of payment methods and electronic and installment payment operators with which GO ELECTRIC cooperates is included in Annex 7B. The buyer's payments go to the bank account of GO ELECTRIC , where they are stored for a sufficiently long time (Article 1.4), and then transferred to the bank account of the Buyer or Seller.

Responsibility of the Parties

1.14. GO ELECTRIC orders a transfer of the payment reduced by fees and commissions (Annex 4) immediately after the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service referred to in art. 1.4.

1.15. GO ELECTRIC not responsible for delays in transferring due funds to the bank account or address indicated by the User on the terms set out in Article 5 due to failure to provide or providing incorrect or incomplete data by the User, which prevent the execution of a bank transfer or postal order.

1.16. GO ELECTRIC is not a party to the contract concluded between the Buyer and Sellers and is not responsible for improper performance or non-performance of contracts concluded by Users, with the exception of activities covered by the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service. GO ELECTRIC , in particular, is not responsible for the ability of the Sellers to conclude and perform the contract for the sale of goods or services and the solvency of the Buyers.

Statuses of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service implementation

1.17. Information on the state of implementation of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service and information necessary to identify payment transactions carried out for the User, and payments ordered in the manner specified in Article 5, are available as part of the Account kept for the User at GO ELECTRIC , and are also provided by GOELECTRIC.PL and The payment operator to the e-mail address provided by the User. The information referred to above is made available in a way that allows the Seller to store and reproduce this information unchanged.

Unauthorized payment transactions

1.18. In order to avoid making unauthorized payment transactions, the User is obliged not to disclose identification data (login, password) to third parties.

1.19. The User is obliged to immediately report to GO ELECTRIC and the Payment Operator about the loss or unauthorized use of identification data enabling the submission of a payment order. Reports must be made in the manner specified in Article 1.21 within 13 months from the date of execution of any unauthorized or improperly executed payment transactions, or from the date on which the payment transaction was to be performed. If the User fails to submit the notification within the aforementioned period, the User's claims against the Payment Operator for unauthorized, non-performed or improperly performed payment services shall expire.

Contact with the Payment Operator

1.20. The language in which GO ELECTRIC communicates with Users is Polish. All documents shaping relations with Users are formulated in this language.

1.21. All correspondence of the User should be sent in writing to the following address: GO ELECTRIC or in electronic form via the website: https://goelectric.pl/en/contact-us . All correspondence should contain at least the name under which the User appears in GO ELECTRIC and a description of the application. Correspondence by electronic means, as a rule, takes place using the e-mail address assigned to the Account of a given User.

1.22. At the request submitted by the User in the manner specified in Article 1.21, these regulations are provided in writing (paper).

Costs related to the use of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service

1.23. The User shall not bear any additional costs of the payment of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service by the Operator, except for separate payment orders in a specific form indicated in Articles 5.6 and 5.7. The User is obliged to pay fees related to the implementation of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service under contracts concluded by the User with payment service providers (bank or authorization and settlement center), as well as to bear the costs of data transmission via the Internet related to the use of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service.

1.24. Each User has permanent access under the Account in GO ELECTRIC to an electronic list of operations related to the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service concerning that User.

ARTICLE 2. VERIFICATION PROCEDURE

Verification procedure

2.1. The User acknowledges that as part of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service, the financial credibility qualification is carried out in accordance with art. 10 of the Payment Services Act, and therefore it is possible to differentiate the rules of payment processing or make certain terms of service conditional depending on the User's qualification to a given risk group. GO ELECTRIC performs the above analysis of the payment service risk based on the data available when performing the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service. In justified cases, GO ELECTRIC reserves the right to refuse to handle a given payment in case of doubts as to the legality of the transaction for which the payment is made or the legality of the payment itself. GO ELECTRIC shall not be liable for damages incurred by the User due to the refusal referred to in the previous sentence.

2.2. GO ELECTRIC reserves the right to discontinue the provision of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service to the User in the event of blocking his Account or taking actions referred to in art. 2.13 or 8.2. Of the GO ELECTRIC Regulations. GO ELECTRIC may also block the settlement tool in the following cases:

a.changing the User's data, in particular the bank account number,

b. out of date or incorrect data necessary for the execution of the payment order,

c. as a result of a notification or decision of an authorized body,

d. suspected money laundering. In this case, GO ELECTRIC notify the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIFI) and then will act in accordance with the GIFI guidelines.

2.3. The User acknowledges that the used payment instruments (in particular a payment card) may be used only by its authorized holder, i.e. a person authorized to use a given instrument under an agreement with its issuer. Detected violations of the law are reported to the competent law enforcement authorities.

2.4. A user who wants to sell on https://goelectric.pl/en/ is obliged to undergo the identification referred to in the Act on counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "Seller's Identification". For this purpose, he should top up the bank account indicated by GO ELECTRIC with the amount of PLN 1.01 from the User's bank account referred to in Article 5.2. The above amount is fully refunded by GO ELECTRIC to the User's bank account from which it was paid or added to the amount of the first withdrawal referred to in Article 5. The Payment Operator may also perform User Identification on the basis of another procedure provided for by law. The provisions of this article shall apply accordingly to changes by the User of the bank account referred to in articles 5.2 and 5.3.

2.5. The User is obliged to comply with applicable law, as well as the rules of conduct and procedures set out by GO ELECTRIC and the Payment Operator, in order to ensure compliance with the law and the rules set out by the relevant payment card organizations.

ARTICLE 3. GO ELECTRIC ESCROW SERVICE FOR BUYERS

Special rules for the provision of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service for Buyers

3.1. GO ELECTRIC by providing the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service to the Buyer, transfers the received funds to the Seller by posting them as part of the settlement tool. The GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service for the Buyer is provided no later than by the end of the next business day from the moment the payment order is received by the Payment Operator from the Buyer. The moment of receipt of the payment order by GO ELECTRIC is the moment when the GO ELECTRIC bank account was credited with the payment amount for the Goods provided by the Buyer. The Buyer may not revoke the payment order from the moment it is received by the Payment Operator.

3.2. GO ELECTRIC provides the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service on the basis of a payment order submitted by the Buyer, the submission of which takes place through an ordinary shop order on the https://goelectric.pl/en/ website (it is possible to submit multiple payment orders to multiple Sellers at the same time). GO ELECTRIC not receive the payment within 10 days from the date of submitting the payment order, the order obtains the "canceled" status.

3.3. GO ELECTRIC as part of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service provides the Buyers with the following payment channels supported by payment service providers:

a. electronic transfers, including non-cash payments in Polish money,

b. traditional transfers made outside the Internet or other electronic transfers,

c. using payment cards, covering non-cash payments in Polish money made with payment cards that have been approved by banks for transactions in the Internet environment, in the case of payment for Goods in selected categories,

other methods made available by the Payment Operator, enabling the performance of Buyers' obligations towards Sellers.

3.4. The minimum and maximum amount of operations under the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service may be determined in relation to a given Buyer by the appropriate bank, authorization and settlement center or the Payment Operator.

3.5. In addition, the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service allows the Buyer, among others:

a. storing and changing your personal and address data,

b. access to the history of payments made to the Sellers,

c. access to payment statuses ("started", "canceled", completed "),

d. an additional payment order if the payment made to the Seller was inconsistent with the costs of purchasing the Goods agreed with the Seller.

ARTICLE 4. PAYOUT RULES

Special rules for the provision of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service for Sellers

4.1. GO ELECTRIC by providing the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service to the Seller, runs a settlement tool for the Seller and, at the Seller's request, initiates a transfer of the collected funds to the bank account indicated by the Seller or initiates the payment of funds by postal order under the conditions specified in Article 5.7. As part of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service, the payment Operator accepts, as part of the Seller's billing tool, payments made by Buyers in connection with Transactions made under GO ELECTRIC and other websites operated by Goelectric.pl outside Poland.

4.2. The GO ELECTRIC ESCROW service also enables the Sellers to:

a.access to information about the history of payments made by Buyers,

b. access to information on the status of the withdrawals initiated by the Seller ("started", "canceled", "completed"),

c. return to the Buyer of the funds paid by him, until the payment is ordered, and the refund may be ordered within 12 months of making the payment.

4.3. In the event of failure to complete or incomplete completion of the configuration form referred to in Article 5.3. or in the event of the impossibility of identifying referred to in Article 5.3., the Seller may not raise an objection to the Buyer of non-payment for the Goods, if the funds directed by the Buyer to the Seller to pay for the Goods have been fully booked as part of the settlement tool.

4.4. The seller who correctly and completely completed the configuration form on the GO ELECTRIC websites, in My Account / Your shop / Edit Profile, has access in electronic form to the list of payment transactions in the My Account / Your Shop / Transactions tab.

ARTICLE 5. PAYOUT RULES

General rule for making withdrawals

5.1. As part of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service, the Seller receives a payment of funds to a verified bank account in the amount reduced by the costs incurred for GO ELECTRIC . Payments will be made according to the details mentioned in article 5.3.

The moment of receiving the payment order by the Payment Operator

5.2. GO ELECTRIC performs the withdrawal of funds registered as part of the User's billing tool no later than by the end of the next business day after the Payment Operator receives the payment order from the User. The moment of receiving the withdrawal order is:

a. the moment when the order submitted by the User was received by the Payment Operator - in the case specified in article 5.5. a)

b. the beginning of the day indicated by the User in the configuration form - in the case specified in Article 5.5. lit. b), 5.6 and 5.7. In the case specified in article 5.5. letter a) The User may not cancel the withdrawal order from the moment it is received by the Payment Operator. In the case specified in article 5.5. b), 5.6 and 5.7. The User may cancel the withdrawal order for funds recorded in the settlement tool no later than by the end of the business day preceding the withdrawal date indicated by the User.

The scope of information necessary for the execution of the payment

5.3. In order to make the payment referred to in articles 5.5-5.7, the Seller should complete the configuration form on the GOELECTRIC.PL website in the tab My Account / Your Shop / Edit Profile and Payment Details. When completing the configuration form, the User provides at least the following data: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number to which the funds collected as part of the settlement tool will be transferred. The User's data indicated above should be consistent with the data of the bank account holder related to the Seller's Identification. In the case of a Company account, the User must also enter the NIP number and additional information about the company in the "About the Store" field, ie at least the full name of the company. In the case of the Junior Account, it is possible to indicate in the above form the data of the legal guardian of the Account User. In the event of a change of the bank account, the User is obliged to inform GOELECTRIC.PL about it via the contact form at https://goelectric.pl/en/contact-us , and then undergo a new identification procedure.

5.4. The payment indicated in Articles 5.5-5.7 shall be effective on the part of the User if all the required data has been provided correctly.

Payout frequency

5.5. The user as part of the use of the payment instrument referred to in Article 5.1. may order a withdrawal to a bank account maintained at a Polish bank:

a. as a one-off payment (payment on demand),

b. order recurring payouts and define their frequency (automatic payouts). The condition for the automatic withdrawal is to have at least PLN 20 of funds as part of the settlement tool.

Custom Payouts

5.6. Despite the principle contained in Art. 5.1. GO ELECTRIC , on a special request of the User, makes a withdrawal of funds recorded as part of the settlement tool by transfer to a bank account maintained by a bank based outside Poland, and such an order is accepted for execution on the first day of the month for amounts below PLN 100 and on the first and fourteenth day of the month for amounts above PLN 100 (if the 1st or 14th day of the month falls on Saturday or Sunday or a statutory holiday, the payment order is processed on the next business day). The User may separately order withdrawals to a bank account maintained by a bank with its registered office outside Poland at a time other than the one indicated above, after prior agreement with the Operator on the amount of the fee for such an order, which the User will be obliged to pay.

5.7. Despite the principle contained in Art. 5.1. GO ELECTRIC , on a special request of the User, makes an automatic withdrawal of funds recorded on the payment account by postal order, provided that the value of these funds does not exceed PLN 800. Such orders are accepted and executed on the first day of the month. If the first day of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday, the payment order is processed on the next business day. The User may separately order payments by postal order at a time other than the one specified above, after prior agreement with GO ELECTRIC amount of fees for such an order, which the User will be obliged to pay.

5.8. The conditions for the payment by the User of funds recorded in the settlement tool to a foreign bank account are:

a. the possibility of settling withdrawals in PLN by the User's bank; and

b. the foreign account is kept by a bank established in one of the European Union countries or in an equivalent country within the meaning of the provisions on counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing.

ARTICLE 6. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Rules for the protection of personal data of Users using the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service

6.1. Users' personal data: name, surname, address, login, e-mail address, telephone number are transferred by Goelectric.pl to the Payment Operator in order to provide the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service, as well as in order to fulfill the obligations provided for in the applicable regulations by the Payment Operator. rights.

6.2. The provision of personal data to the payment Operator concerns the data necessary to provide the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service and the performance of obligations related to the provision of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service (i.e. data such as: name, surname, street and house number, zip code, city, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number).

6.3. With regard to Users' personal data provided by Goelectric.pl to the payment operator, the administrator of this personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" - apart from Goelectric.pl there is also GO ELECTRIC .

6.4. Users' personal data provided by Goelectric.pl to the payment operator are processed in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services and the Act.

6.5. GO ELECTRIC with due diligence selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the processed data, including programming security (including data encryption systems). GO ELECTRIC protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of their disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data, as well as against their processing in violation of applicable law. GO ELECTRIC exercises constant control over the data processing process and limits access to data to the greatest possible extent, granting appropriate authorizations only when it is necessary for the proper provision of services.

6.6. GO ELECTRIC provides Users whose personal data has been provided to him by Goelectric.pl, the implementation of the rights resulting from the GDPR. The User has the right to access data, as well as to rectify them, limit their processing, object to their processing, not to be subject to automated decision making, including profiling, and to transfer and delete data.

6.7. Personal data of Users whose personal data has been provided by Goelectric.pl to the payment operator may be transferred to:

a) entities authorized to receive such data under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities, in particular as part of the payment Operator's obligations under applicable law and related to the provision of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service by the Payment Operator;

b) depending on the payment method selected by the User, the above-mentioned personal data may be transferred to: banks, payment institutions, loan institutions, payment card organizations, payment schemes) in order to provide the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service;

c) also to entities supporting the activities of GO ELECTRIC ESCROW, i.e. IT infrastructure suppliers, suppliers of payment risk analysis tools;

d) Sellers to inform them about the payment status under the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service,

e) Goelectric.pl in order to prevent fraud on GO ELECTRIC .

6.8. More information about the rules of processing the User's personal data by GO ELECTRIC ESCROW can be found in the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Privacy Policy available here .

ARTICLE 7. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Rules for accepting and considering complaints

7.1. The User may submit a complaint if the services provided for in these regulations have not been performed or are performed contrary to its provisions.

7.2. A complaint may be submitted in the form of:

a.in writing to the address of GO ELECTRIC ,

b. electronically, using the contact form on the GO ELECTRIC website https://goelectric.pl/en/contact-us ,

c. by telephone, at the following number: + 48 (48) 685 50 86 (connection payable according to the tariff of the operator whose services are used by the User), from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

7.3. If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering the complaint, GO ELECTRIC asks the person submitting the complaint to supplement it in the indicated scope.

7.4. GO ELECTRIC recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. In the event that the consideration of the complaint requires cooperation by the Payment Operator with the bank that cooperated with it in handling the payment, the above-mentioned period may be extended by the time necessary to obtain the necessary information from the bank, but not longer than 60 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. . GO ELECTRIC informs the User about the extension of the deadline for considering the complaint, indicating the reason for the delay, the circumstances to be clarified and the deadline for providing a final answer.

7.5. The answer to the complaint will be given by GO ELECTRIC ESCROW in writing or in electronic form, if the User has consented to it.

7.6. The User is obliged to cooperate with the Payment Operator in order to clarify all issues related to complaints carried out by payment card issuers, in particular, he is obliged to provide all necessary information regarding the Transaction for which the claimed payment was made, and at each request of the Payment Operator, within 7 days from receiving such a request, provide the Payment Operator with copies of documents regarding the implementation of the Transaction, under which the User accepted the payment made with a payment card, including: a copy of the confirmation of sending the shipment ordered by the Buyer or confirmation of the completion of the ordered service. The User is obliged to keep these documents for a period of at least 24 months from the date of payment.

7.7. The User may file a complaint against the action of the Payment Operator in breach of the law to the body supervising the Payment Operator.

ARTICLE 8. PRINCIPLES OF IMPLEMENTING PAYMENTS IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING WITHOUT REGISTRATION

Payments for purchases in the "without registration" mode

8.1. The provisions of this article set out special rules for handling payments by GO ELECTRIC ESCROW for Users who make Transactions without creating an Account, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 2.7. Of the GO ELECTRIC Regulations. In the remaining scope, not regulated in this article, the remaining provisions of the regulations of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service shall apply.

8.2. Payment within the meaning of this article means the payment made by the Buyer to the Seller through GO ELECTRIC ESCROW in order to fulfill the pecuniary obligation arising from the Transaction between the Buyer and the Seller, constituting a single payment transaction within the meaning of the Act.

8.3. As part of the Service for Buyers, referred to in art. 8.1. GO ELECTRIC ESCROW does not maintain a payment account or a billing tool.

8.4. In order to use the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service, the Buyer should provide the following data: name, surname, street and house number, zip code, city, e-mail address, telephone number. In justified cases, GO ELECTRIC ESCROW is entitled to request from the Buyer other data necessary to assess the Payment risk, with the exception of the data referred to in art. 9 GDPR.

8.5. GO ELECTRIC ESCROW provides the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service on the basis of the payment order received from the Buyer, the submission of which is possible after accepting the GO ELECTRIC Regulations, including these Regulations of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service and providing the data specified in Article 8.4 above

8.6. The moment of receipt of the payment order by GO ELECTRIC ESCROW is the date on which the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW bank account was credited with the Payment amount. If GO ELECTRIC ESCROW received a payment order on a day which is not a business day for GO ELECTRIC ESCROW, it is assumed that the payment order was received on the first business day following that day.

8.7. The Buyer is informed about the Payment made in the form of an electronic message enabling the recording of the data contained therein.

ARTICLE 9. CHANGES TO GO ELECTRIC ESCROW REGULATIONS

Rules for changing the regulations of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service

9.1. GO ELECTRIC will inform the User about any changes to the provisions of the contract contained in these regulations no later than 2 months before the proposed date of their entry into force. The information will be provided on the GO ELECTRIC website in a way that allows its recording and reproduction of the stored data in an unchanged form or in a written (paper) form - at the request submitted by the User in the manner specified in the article

9.2. If, before the specified date of entry into force of the amendments to the agreement, the User does not object to such amendments, the User shall be deemed to have consented to them. In the event that the User objects in writing, but does not terminate the contract in the manner specified in Article 9.3. the agreement shall expire on the day preceding the effective date of the proposed amendments.

9.3. The user has the right to terminate the contract before the date of the proposed entry into force of the changes by submitting a written notice of termination to the address of GO ELECTRIC . In this case, the contract is terminated with immediate effect, however, the implementation of the commenced GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Services for Users will be completed on the terms set out in these Regulations of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service.

ARTICLE 10. OTHER PROVISIONS

Resignation from the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service

10.1. Within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract referred to in Art. 1.3. and 1.4, the Buyer may withdraw from it without giving reasons, by submitting a declaration in electronic form to the address sprzedaz@goelectric.pl or in writing to the address GO ELECTRIC ul. Władysława Beliny Prażmowskiego 2, UP1 P.O. 115, 26-600 Radom. In this case, the Buyer can still make purchases, but will not be covered by the Buyer Protection Scheme. The User acknowledges that the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service will be performed immediately after the conclusion of the contract for the provision of this Service.

10.2. The Buyer is entitled to terminate the contract specified in Articles 1.3 and 1.4 at any time by submitting an appropriate declaration in electronic form to the address sprzedaz@goelectric.pl or in writing to the address GO ELECTRIC ul. Władysława Beliny Prażmowskiego 2, UP1 P.O. 115, 26-600 Radom.

ROOM GO ELECTRIC

10.3. All Buyers who made purchases at GO ELECTRIC , using the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service, are covered by the GO ELECTRIC Buyer Protection Program, the terms of which are governed by the " GO ELECTRIC POK" regulations, found in Annex 9 to the Regulations.

10.4. In matters not covered by these regulations, as well as in the definition of terms used in these regulations, written with a capital letter, the provisions of the GO ELECTRIC Regulations shall apply, unless these regulations provide otherwise.

Governing Law

10.5. The law applicable to the contract between the User and GO ELECTRIC , and the contract between the User and the Payment Operator, the subject of which are services provided by the Payment Operator, as part of the GO ELECTRIC ESCROW Service under the conditions set out in these regulations, is Polish law.
