Buyer Protection Program (POK)


GO ELECTRIC can guarantee complete protection to the Buyer thanks to GO ELECTRIC ESCROW payments, which consist in the fact that the Buyer's payment is retained by GO ELECTRIC for 14 days from the delivery of the order, during which the Buyer has time to raise objections to the purchase to GO ELECTRIC . If, within the next 14 days, the Buyer exhausts all means of resolving the problem with the Seller, GO ELECTRIC will act as an arbitrator to settle the evidence submitted by both parties equally. The settlement process has no time limits, so the Buyer is not bound by any deadlines and can always recover 100% of the paid amount in the event of failure to deliver or delivery of a damaged order. The only thing the Buyer has to remember is to inform GO ELECTRIC within 14 days of the order being delivered that there is a problem. Otherwise, GO ELECTRIC will send the payment to the Seller.
