Order processing time, returns and warranty


Each Seller should specify the time of order fulfillment in his Seller's profile or on each product separately. The order processing time for products sold by the GO ELECTRIC store depends on the choice of the delivery method, and the Buyer is always kept informed about the status of the order, the complete implementation of which, including delivery, usually does not take more than a few days in the country. These standards of quick order fulfillment or at least continuously informing the Buyer are also required by each Seller, whom we facilitate this by the possibility of changing the status of a given order in the My Store / Orders tab, which automatically sends updating GO ELECTRIC notifications to the Buyer.

Information on the warranty, as well as the time of order fulfillment, the Seller is obliged to put on the Seller's profile page in GO ELECTRIC or on each page with a new product. According to good standards, it is best if the warranty is at least 24 months, as in the GO ELECTRIC store.
