Termination of the contract with GO ELECTRIC on the Buyer's or Seller's account

We're sorry to see you leave us. If we can do anything to change your decision, please write to us: pomoc@goelectric.pl .

However, if you decide to end your adventure with GO ELECTRIC , your contract will be terminated after 3 days from your notice of termination.

What happens when you terminate the contract?

Deleting the Buyer's account will affect your purchases and sales, as it will also delete the Seller's account, and Deleting the Seller's account will only affect your sales on GO ELECTRIC , as it will only delete the Seller's account:

Your shopping

• you will not be able to buy and submit bids in auctions,
• you will be able to complete started purchases at auctions,
• Your bids in auctions will still be valid, but you will not be able to change the amount offered
• you will still be able to buy products anonymously on regular offers

Your sale

• we will delete your posted offers
• you will not be able to display items,
• you will be able to handle commenced transactions, withdraw funds and settle receivables to GO ELECTRIC

Your account

• we will limit the functions of your account,
• after 3 days, we will block you from logging into your account,
• We will delete your data after the expiry of the time specified in the Information Obligation pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR
