Good bike mirrors

Important features of mirrors, which should be taken into account when buying, are their rotation and the ability to set in a given position. Thanks to them, the comfort of their use and resistance to falls increases significantly.

Zefal DOOBACK mirror (as pictured above) fits well with Burza and Tornado bikes. It is one of the best bicycle side mirrors currently available. Unlike most mirrors of this type, they work very well sticks to a fixed position that can be adjusted in three dimensions. Unfortunately, when the bicycle falls, it breaks easily, because it does not rotate fully in all dimensions (in the horizontal dimension only by 90 degrees). Despite this allows for very easy folding and unfolding after and before each ride, when you have little space in the basement or garage. 

Note : do not tighten too much, for it will break if we are tempted to hold on so stiffly that no force can move a fixed position. In addition, mirrors should not generally be screwed on too tightly given item because the risk of them is thus increased cracks during a fall.

The latter was also checked by us - its disadvantage is that it does not hold the set position and unfortunately you have to adjust it very often. This effect can be reduced by twisting and pressing a piece of inner tube firmly around the pivot point (as shown in the photo below). Its advantage is slightly higher resistance to falls compared to the Zefal Dooback, but it can also break quite easily.
