"Is research on the harmfulness of non-thermal RF radiation a pathological science in which methodological errors create false artifacts and patterns or are there numerous studies that give reasons for caution, prevention, further research and even changing standards? The purpose of the following article is to answer this question and to introduce to the theory and research on the impact of radio radiation (hereinafter referred to as PR) on humans. This text is addressed to all interested people, regardless of the degree of preparation. I raise a wide range of issues in it: from artificial and natural sources of PR, through theories and models with solid theoretical and experimental support, to the therapeutic effect of PR in therapy and rehabilitation, confirmed in numerous, consistent, and well-conducted clinical trials.The main topic of the article, however, is an attempt to answer the question of whether PR is harmful, and if so, to what extent and under what circumstances. Most readers will be surprised by the answer given or will not believe it, despite the fact that I take a moderate stance and base it on a comprehensive account of the scientific data to date and to the extent that an accurate answer is currently possible."
