According to the article from June 11, 2016:
"Jacek Chrzanowski, the president of the West Pomeranian Fund, announced that from July 1, it will be possible to apply for a loan for a period of up to 5 years in the maximum amount of PLN 150,000 for the purchase of an electric car, moped or even an electric bike."
It would be the first initiative of this kind in Poland. This is a big step in the right direction, but so far it only applies to the inhabitants of the Szczecin region.
